Patrice Etienne

Managing Director

Patrice began his career in theatre as playwright and director working on various shows including; Oscar winner Tarell Alvin McCraney’s; In The Red and Brown Water, Venus/Mars (Bush Theatre) and attending the Royal Central School Of Speech and Drama.

Patrice first ventured into drama as an actor on BBC One’s multi-award winning children’s show; Byker Grove. He then went on to work behind the scenes shadowing the producers, directors & writing team; and the storyline department on C4’s Hollyoaks.

Patrice has previously worked for; BBC One, CBBC, BBC Africa, Channel 4 Drama & Channel 4 current affairs in creating factual and scripted content alike.

Patrice also works as a Progression Coach helping young people discover their genius.

Dershe Samaria

Creative Director

After graduating from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Dershe was recognized for her creative flair and scouted by the Grierson Trust as their rising talent.

She spent the following years being mentored by and shadowing factual commissioners across major UK Television channels whilst engaging with some of the best Indies in the game.

Soon after Dershe was awarded a Scholarship by the Discovery Channel where she would receive training at the National Film & Television School in Factual Development and Production.

Most recently she was selected as Ones to Watch talent at the Edinburgh Television Festival.

Dershe is also a qualified Life coach and runs a mentoring scheme for young BAME individuals hoping to kick-start their careers in the media industry.
